Here’s how to do it: 

Order 5 great design face plate sets and be very sure to mark down your order number.  Once you have your order number, call us at 425-898-9923 or email us to let us know which design you would like to receive free.  We’ll just pack it with the rest of your order and send it out to you!

The customer must contact us with their chosen faceplate design before 3PM PST to ensure that it is included for shipment with their order.  If the customer does not contact us before 3PM PST, an additional shipping fee may be added to send the face plate set to the customer.  In the event that one or more face plate sets are returned to us for refund, the free set must either be returned or charged at the normal selling price
