I bought the Nokia 6102i. I upgraded from an OLD Nokia model. I really like this phone. It has a lot of features that obviously my old dinosaur did not have. I really like the fact that I got it FA-FREE through Cingular on-line. It was $99.00 with $99.00 instant rebate/ discount! It prices at Sam's for 40 or 50 with new contract. I am excited to get a bluetooth for it. I thought I could use my ear bud with an adaptor they sell for like 5 bucks. They don't work, keep your money! There are other complaints that say the ear piece is not loud enough; TRUE you do need to hold your head just right, makes driving a pain, but the loudspeaker works well enough. I noticed that the Nokia 6103 through T-mobile is EXACTLY the same as Nokia 6102i, But the buttons are bigger and the outside is rubberized like the Motorola. If you prefer T-mobile as a provider, I would get the 6103 for that alone. The small buttons are irksome
