Q1 – What is the difference between the original (OEM) and aftermarket
items? Do they work the same?
A1. The
same difference as there is between any name brand product and its
‘generic’ equivalent. The product themselves are basically the same, but
OEM products carry the brand name and aftermarket products do not. With
an aftermarket accessory you are paying for the accessory and not the
brand.
Q2 – Why are the Motorola cell phone accessories you sell so much
less expensive than what I find in my local shops? Are you selling used
items?
A2. None
of our product lines are used or reconditioned. We carry only new from
the factory cell phone accessories. There are several reasons that our
prices are as low as they are.
a) We
order in bulk directly from the manufacturer, there are no middle-men to
pay.
b) We
are an internet run business and do not carry the large overhead expenses
that come with a physical store-front.
c)
Because we are an internet store many of our processes can be, and are,
automated.
All of
these factors mean that we don’t have to meet inflated profit percentages.
That translates into fantastic savings that we can pass directly to our
customers.
Q3 – What other products does your company carry?
A3. In
addition to our wide range of cell phone accessories, we carry a great
selection of school backpacks and book bags. Please feel free to check
them out here:

Also, we will be carrying a huge selection of printer cartridges at
discount prices very soon. Please feel free to keep an eye out at this
